My son and I went in looking for one thing, but if course they talked us into something else. To our surprise, we left the lot with a 2016 Tuscan with 92,000 miles on it. I knew what features I wanted in a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and AJ delivered. The Natchitoches lot didn’t have one but AJ along with Rick made some phone calls and found one in Dallas. They had my Jeep delivered to me within 48 hours of them locating it. Great customer service!

I considered buying a GMC or Ford midsize truck. Already own 21 Wrangler, from Hebert. Received great service from Bridgette Cagle Sales manager Rick Fleming, was very cordial & prompt with follow up information. When visiting the service dept I noticed a a 23 Gladiator, that meet my needs. Bridgette told me what she knew & guided me to the sales department. A young rep demonstrated the vehicle & Rick closed the deal to my satisfaction.

Bridgette and the team in Natchitoches are great! She always tries to help my family out with service, even if they are super busy and short handed. They usually are short on rentals, BUT she does not hesitate to setup a ride to get us back home. They were even nice enough to drop off our Jeep to my wife, while I was at work! Great people and service!

Very disappointed.. poor planing on jobs.. seems to be understaffed... the service writer did a good job.. she keep me informed and tried to be courteous.. I made a appointment and it was not till the next day it was even looked at it took 8 day for the job.. not very professional in my opinion..
Service was absolutely extraordinary. They were very timely. Extremely considerate. They provided coffee and snacks while they changed the oil and checked with me before continuing service when they saw anything else needed to be addressed.

Brought my truck in to have some warranty work done. They diagnosed it wrong and said the warranty would not cover it and wanted to charge me a thousand dollars. I bought the OEM part new for $69 and changed it myself; five minute job.
